Americana board to approve H1 2023 financials on Aug. 2

Americana Restaurants International PLC said today, July 30, that its board of directors will meet on Aug. 2 to review and approve the company’s consolidated financial statements for H1 2023.

 

The board will also discuss the endorsement of some internal policies, according to a statement to Tadawul.
