Saudi Parts Center signs SAR 2.2 mln supply deal with Kirby Contracting

Saudi Parts Center Co. signed an agreement worth SAR 2.17 million (inclusive of VAT) with Kirby Contracting Co. for the supply of metal structure and sandwich panels, according to a Tadawul statement.

The deal comes as part of the construction works for the company’s factory in Riyadh.

The supply is expected to take place during the fourth quarter of this year, the statement said.

The company stipulated that the manufacturing takes place in Kirby Building Systems factories in the Kingdom.

The relevant financial impact will be reflected on the company's financial results for the fourth quarter of 2023.

Any relevant developments will be announced in due course, the statement noted.
