WAJA Co. signed a contract, on July 16, to undertake improvement works on the main building of National Housing Co. (NHC) in Riyadh, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The contract, which has a duration of 100 days, is valued at SAR 9.17 million, including value-added tax.
The work scope includes improving and rehabilitating the main building, including architectural and electromechanical works.
The contract will have a positive financial impact on the company's revenues, the statement said.
There are no related parties to the deal.
The project was awarded to WAJA in May, according to data available with Argaam.
