Saudi Enaya awarded insurance contract by Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospitals

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. received a confirmation for providing health insurance coverage to Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospitals' employees and their families for one year as of today, July 13, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract value exceeds 10% of total revenue as per the latest audited financial statements for 2022, Saudi Enaya said.

 

It added that the contract is expected to have a positive impact on its financial results for 2023, noting that there are no related parties.

 

The company also confirmed that the agreement was made in the ordinary course of business and did not grant any preferential benefits.
