The National Housing Co. (NHC) announced the establishment of power plants worth SAR 500 million in a number of its residential projects in Riyadh and Jeddah, in cooperation with the private sector, with the aim of boosting the electricity system and providing reliable and high-quality electrical services in suburbs and communities, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The establishment of electrical stations has been approved in three mega projects, which will supply more than 11,700 housing units with power to achieve optimal operation of the electricity system.
This is part of the company's ongoing efforts to prepare the infrastructure required for its projects, which include water, electricity, communications, lighting, sidewalks, and pavements, among other things, as well as allocating sites for public service facilities that meet the highest quality of life standards in order to provide its beneficiaries with an integrated residential environment.
