SGS pens SAR 105 mln contract with Bupa Arabia

Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) signed today, July 2, a contract with Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. to provide medical insurance coverage to the former’s employees and their families, at a total value of SAR 105 million (excluding VAT).

 

The contract is valid from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, with no financial impact, SGS said in a statement on Tadawul. 

 

Nader Mohammed Ashoor is a related party. However, the deal is in the ordinary course of business and has no preferential treatment, the statement added.
