TAM Development awarded SAR 9.4 mln project by Culture Ministry

TAM Development Co. said it received a letter of award, on June 26, a contract by the Ministry of Culture for managing and activating a project for the architecture and design at a value of SAR 9.44 million VAT-inclusive. 

 

The contract, expected to be signed on August 20, aims to provide consulting services and digital solutions to design and manage a project for the Design and Architecture Commission, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The deal is anticipated to impact the company’s financials starting from Q3 2023, the company said, adding there are no related parties to the contract.
