Azm signs SAR 9.9 mln contract with Ministry of Commerce

Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. signed a contract worth SAR 9.88 million with the Ministry of Commerce to provide it with consultancy services for localization affairs.

 

The contract term is 12 months, said the company in a statement to Tadawul, adding that the project aims to provide consulting services in the field of commercial sector localization (retail sector).

 

Azm expected the contract to positively impact its financial results for 2024–2025, noting that there are no related parties.

 

It also said that the necessary signatures were completed and a copy of the contract was received on June 22.
