Almosafer Co. does not see any signs of weaker demand for travel activities across all operations, Chief Tourism Officer, Fahad Al Obailan, told Argaam.
Conversely, travel activities are forecast to see growing demand over the coming 12 months, Al Obailan indicated.
Almosafer will continue to leverage its extensive technology network to enhance its new digital platform. This is besides expanding its services and products to cater to aspirations of domestic tourists and international travelers to Kingdom.
The company has promising future plans and seeks to finalize an agreement with the Public Investment Fund (PIF), which will likely provide more growth opportunities.
“We remain committed to investment in tourism and technology. We constantly seek to boost promotions and services offered to tourists and visitors from around the world,” said Al Obailan.
Almosafer runs four subsidiaries under its umbrella. This includes Hajj and Umrah tour operator Mawasim, through which Almosafer cooperates with foreign agencies, especially in key international markets, he explained.
The second unit is Discover Saudi, a leading destination management company that caters to the needs of the inbound tourism.
Thirdly, there is Almosafer Business that fulfills the needs of corporate and government agencies in Saudi Arabia.
Almosafer is the fourth unit providing tourism and travel activities to individuals via its mobile applications, website, WhatsApp and call centers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region, according to the top executive.
