Saudi NDMC closes June issuance of Sukuk program at SAR 2.51 bln

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) completed receiving investor orders for its domestic issuance for June, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.

 

The issuance size was set at SAR 2.50 billion. The total amount of bids stood at SAR 7.43 billion, NDMC said in a statement.

 

The issuance is divided into two tranches. The first is valued at SAR 662 million, maturing in 2030. The second is valued at SAR 1.84 billion and will mature in 2035.
