Elm awarded SAR 70 mln project by Ministry of Interior

Elm Co. received today, June 6, a letter of award from the Ministry of Interior for the execution of Makkah Route Initiative at a value of SAR 69.93 million, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract has related parties, with Chairman Raed Abdullah bin Ahmed and board member Abdullah Alrabeah having indirect interests.

 

Elm said that the letter does not entail any legal or financial obligation, adding it will announce any future developments in this regard in due course.
