Retail investors will start today, May 28, subscription to Morabaha Marina Financing Co.’s (MMFC) 2.14 million shares at SAR 14.60 each.

 

The retail offering will run from May 28-29.

 

MMFC offered 21.43 million shares, or 30% of its capital after increase, 10% of which were allocated to the retail investors and 90% to institutions.
