Zoujaj says Acting GM Khaled Al Qaisi steps down

The National Company for Glass Industries’ (Zoujaj) board of directors accepted the resignation of Acting General Manager Khaled Al Qaisi, which was submitted today, May 25, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The move was due to personal reasons, the company said, noting that his last working day will be May 31, 2023.

In April 2022, the board of directors approved the appointment of Al Qaisi as Acting General Manager, effective from May 1 until Dec. 31, 2022, according to data available with Argaam.

The board of directors approved the extension of Al-Qaisi's term until Jan. 3, 2023.
