Alujain shareholders elect new board members

Alujain Corp.’s shareholders approved electing new board of directors, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on May 18, 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.  

 

The new board included among others Muhammad Saleh Al-Khalil, Abdulwahab Abdulkareem Al-Betairi, and Yusuf Ali Al-Olayan.
