The number of housing rental deals exceeded 152,000 in April, compared to 23,000 commercial deals.
The rental index in April included more than 160 cities and governorates that were added recently, to cover all of the Kingdom's regions.

Riyadh led the list with the highest number of rental deals in April, recording 50,000 housing and commercials deals, or 28% of the total. It was followed by Jeddah with about 30,000.
