Bonyan REIT Fund appoints Shariah Committee members

Bonyan REIT Fund’s board of directors approved a non-fundamental change, effective as of May 11, 2023, Saudi Fransi Capital said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The fund board appointed the members of the Shariah Committee as follows; Salah Fahd Al-Shalhoob, Hisham bin Abdulmalik Al Sheikh and Salem Ali Al Ali.
