Thimar board names Al Shuwaier Chairman, Marzuqi Managing Director

Thimar Development Holding Co.’s board of directors decided, on May 14, to appoint Walid Al Shuwaier as the company’s Chairman (independent member), Kahled Khashoggi as Vice Chairman (independent member), and Malafi Al-Marzuqi as Managing Director.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Thimar pointed out that the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul, were also selected.

 

Moreover, the Nominations and Remunerations Committee and the Executive Committee were formed.

 

The abovementioned decisions are effective as of the new three-year term ending on May 13, 2026, the statement added.

 

Thimar shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming term, Argaam earlier reported.
