Electrical Industries shareholders scrap 2022 dividend payouts

The shareholders of Electrical Industries Co. (EIC) approved, on May 10, to scrap dividend payouts for 2022.

 

They also authorized the board of directors to pay interim dividends on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for 2023, EIC said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

EIC announced cash dividends of SAR 1 per share for 2021, and SAR 0.50 per share for 2020. It paid no dividends for 2018 and 2019, according to Argaam data.
