Thimar shareholders elect board members for upcoming term

Thimar Development Holding Co.’s shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting May 14, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 8.

The new board will include, Walid Al Shuwaier, Malafi Al-Marzuqi, Khaled Khashoggi, Aziz Al-Qahtani, Haytham Oskoubi, Mohammed Al-Sukait and Yasser Al-Aqeel.

Meanwhile, they approved the formation of the audit committee and determining its tasks, work controls and the rewards.

The audit committee’s elected members are Aziz Al-Qahtani, Ziad M. Al-Badini and Mohammed Al –Saadi.
