Saudi Steel Pipe’s CEO resigns, Renwar Berzinji takes over

Saudi Steel Pipe Co.'s board of directors approved today, May 3, the resignation of Managing Director and CEO Mariano Lamazares, due to personal reasons, effective as of June 30, 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.   

 

Lamazares will continue serving as a member of the company’s board. 

 

The board also appointed Renwar Berzinji to replace Lamazares as the new CEO, effective July 1, 2023.
