Naba Alsaha signs SAR 22 mln deal to acquire Al Anwar Medical

Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. announced today, May 2, the signing of a SAR 22 million purchase agreement to acquire Al Anwar Medical Co.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that all the related regulatory procedures will be completed with the competent authorities during the second quarter of 2023.

 

In February, Naba Alsaha signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saudi Medical Care Group for the potential full acquisition of Al Anwar Medical, Argaam earlier reported.
