Americana board to review Q1 2023 financials on May 3

Americana Restaurants International PLC’s board of directors are set to review and approve consolidated financial statements for Q1 2023 during the meeting scheduled for May 3, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

The meeting’s agenda also includes other items such as the approval of the delegation of authority manual of the company.

 

In compliance with applicable regulations, the decisions adopted by the board shall be disclosed immediately after the meeting, Americana added.
