Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector attracted over SAR 495 billion worth of investments since Vision 2030 was launched, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources said in a tweet.

Since then, the industrial sector has generated approximately 193,000 jobs and granted over 2,000 new licenses.

The mining industry has more than SAR 120 billion worth of investments, with nearly 1,330 licenses issued.

It is worth noting that this is the first time for Saudi Arabia to auction new mining exploration licenses.
