Electrical Industries wins SAR 79 mln transformers supply contract from Kuwait ministry

Electrical Industries Co. (EIC) received an award letter for a tender to supply distribution transformers for one its subsidiaries (Saudi Transformers Co.) from the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy in Kuwait.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, EIC said the contract is valued at SAR 79 million and is expected to be signed on May 31. There are no related parties to the deal, it added.

 

The award letter was received by the company’s agent in Kuwait, the statement noted.
