Banan Real Estate leases Block 14 Center in Riyadh

Banan Real Estate Co. announced leasing Block 14 Center, which is located on Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Road, Riyadh, and is one of its joint projects, according to a statement to Tadawul today, April 16.

 

The total rental area is 3,792 square meters, comprising seven commercial units and eight offices, the company said, noting that the center was entirely leased.

 

Banan Real Estate stated that the related financial impact will be reflected in its H1 2023 financial statements, ending on June 30, 2023.
