Dallah Healthcare extends MoU with Dallah Real Estate until Oct. 12

Dallah Healthcare Co. extended for six months a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Dallah Real Estate Co., on agreement by both parties.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Dallah Healthcare said the MoU period was extended from April 13, 2023, until Oct. 12, with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged.

 

In October 2022, Dallah Healthcare signed the MoU with Dallah Real Estate Co. to invest in lands owned by the two parties and located in Al Nakheel, Riyadh, Argaam earlier reported.

 

The MoU intends to boost land values and achieve higher investment revenue for both parties, where a legal entity will be formed to own the lands.
