Academy of Learning rents SAR 3.3 mln campus in Khobar

Academy of Learning Co. (AOL) rented a campus for its operations in Shatea neighborhood on Prince Turki Road, Khobar, at a total value of SAR 3.3 million.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, AOL said it will build a higher training institute on the campus, which spans 1,200 square meters.

 

The lease has a five-year term. AOL will pay an annual rent of SAR 660,000 and the campus will have a capacity of 900 students.

 

The building will be prepared in line with the AOL’s standards. The related financial impact will be announced later.

 

The campus will be AOL’s 15th branch in the Kingdom and the second in Khobar. This comes in line with the company’s expansion initiatives and supports plans for job localization in the Kingdom.
