Ash-Sharqiyah opens board nominations on April 12

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. will open tomorrow, April 12, the nomination process for board memberships for the upcoming four-year term, starting July 20, 2023.

 

In a Tadawul statement, the company said candidates can submit applications until no later than May 12.

 

Board members will be elected during the upcoming ordinary general meeting, the date of which will be announced later, it added.
