Edaa implements stock split for Tadweeer

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented stock split on National Environmental Recycling Co. (Tadweeer) securities resulted from adjusting the face value today, April 10, into the accounts of eligible holders.

 

Last week, the company’s shareholders approved the board’s proposal for a stock split from SAR 10 to SAR 1 without any change to the company’s capital, Argaam reported.

 

Accordingly, the total number of shares will increase to 58.08 million from 5.81 million shares.
