Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health urged all to take the updated booster shot of the COVID-19 vaccine to help strengthen immunity against the virus and its variants.
Those who are 12 years or older and those who took the last shot two months ago, are eligible for the booster dose.
The ministry said appointment for the updated vaccine can be attained through the Sehhaty application.
The move aims to protect the health of those eligible to receive a vaccine and to protect them from the negative complications of a virus infection.
