Ministry of Industry says 13 companies prequalified for 2 exploration sites

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources announced that 13 companies were prequalified for Muhaddad and Ar Radainiyah mining licenses.
 

The prequalified companies include Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden), Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Co. (AMAK), African Rainbow Minerals, Alara Saudi Ventures, and Barrick Gold Co.
 

In February, the ministry announced the launch of pre-qualification phase for five metals exploration sites in the Kingdom, including Muhaddad and Ar Radainiyah sites, according to data compiled by Argaam.
