Riyadh Cement Co.’s shareholders will convene an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on May 3 to vote on the board recommendation on the distribution of a 7.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.75 per share, for the second half of 2022, according to a statement to Tadawul today, April 9.
