Alkhaleej Training says unable to disclose 2022 financials

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. announced that it is unable to disclose its financial results for 2022, within the specified period.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it is still working with the external auditor to issue the annual financial statements. The statements will be published once approved by the external auditor.

 

Procedures for trading suspension of listed securities will apply to Alkhaleej Training shares, based on the listing rules approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
