Alinma Bank signs agreement to build ‘Alinma Tower’

Alinma Bank signed an agreement to build ‘Alinma Tower’ as its new headquarters.

 

The project will be located in Al-Yasmeen District, King Fahd Road, on a total area of 12,000 square meters. The 213-long tower will have 42 storeys to accommodate more than 2,000 employees.

 

The project will comprise a four-storey data center to accommodate 200 employees and a two-storey services building with several halls for various purposes, in addition to showrooms, cafes and a child care center. The new headquarters will have a seven-storey underground parking.

 

The tower will be designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and implemented by Arabian Construction Co. (ACC), Alinma bank said.

 

The new headquarters is expected to be completed in 36 months.
