Seera Holding Group received the approval of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) to list shares of Lumi Rental Co. on the main market.
On March 29, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) gave the green light for Lumi to float 16.5 million shares, or 30% of its share capital, in an initial public offering (IPO).
Recently, Seera’s shareholders approved Lumi’s demerger from the group and the sale of 16.5 million ordinary shares, or 30% of Lumi's capital, on Tadawul, according to data compiled by Argaam.
