Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co.'s board of directors recommended a 50% capital increase to SAR 105 million from SAR 70 million through distributing a 0.5 bonus share for each one share held, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, March 29.
In a separate statement, the company said the board also recommended a 3% cash dividend for 2022, at SAR 0.3 per share.
