Nama Chemicals major shareholders seek to dismiss 2 board members

Nama Chemicals Co. said some shareholders owning more than 10% of the company’s capital called for holding a general assembly to vote on dismissal of Haitham Faisal Oskoubi and Mohammed Zuhair Murad (independent board members). 

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Nama Chemicals said it will take necessary procedures in accordance with the rules and regulations and make further annocements.
