Takween says MD Jameel Al Mulhem resigns

Takween Advanced Industries Co.’s board of directors accepted today, March 23, the resignation of Managing Director Jameel Al Mulhem, effective as of May 18, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Al Mulhem also resigned from the executive committee membership, but retained his position as a board member, the company said.

 

It added that the resignation came due to personal circumstances.
