Cenomi Centers completed the sale of land in Al-Raed district of Riyadh, with the land deed transferred and sale proceeds of SAR 644.5 million received.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the transaction will be recognized in the company’s financial statements for the first quarter 2023.

 

Cenomi Centers announced, in December 2022, the sale of a vacant land plot spanning 115,090 square meters for SAR 644.5 million (excluding real estate transaction tax and brokerage fees) to Sumou Holding Co. within its SAR 2 billion non-core asset land sale program, according to data available with Argaam.
