Academy of Learning rents SAR 38.3 mln campus in Riyadh for 10 years

Academy of Learning (AOL) rented a campus for its operations in Granada neighborhood, Riyadh, from Abdulrahman Abdullah Abdulrahman Alhulail for 10 years at an annual rent of SAR 3.83 million, totaling SAR 38.25 million.

In a statement to Tadawul, AOL said it will use the campus, spanning a total area of 9,638 square meters, to establish a higher training institute, a specialized center for English language, and a center for training and e-learning. The building will accommodate 3,600 students. 

The new campus will bring AOL’s total number of branches to 14. It is the largest academy for girls in the Kingdom by area and capacity.

The relevant financial impact will be duly announced, the company added, citing that the building is being equipped according to the specifications of AOL.

The new branch comes in line with AOL’s expansion plans and supports the job localization plans in the Kingdom, the statement concluded.
