SAICO board member resigns

Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co.'s (SAICO) board of directors approved on March 5 the resignation of independent board member Khalid Al-Ghurair, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Al-Ghurair submitted the resignation for personal circumstances, the statement added.

 

The resignation took effect from its approval date.
