ANB says audit committee member resigns

Arab National Bank (ANB) announced that audit committee member, Abdulaziz Abdul Mohsen Abdulaziz bin Hassan submitted his resignation, effective as of Feb. 28, according to a statement to Tadawul.  

 

Bin Hassan was appointed as a board member at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), as per a royal decree.
