KEC says board member resigns

Knowledge Economic City (KEC) announced that non-executive board member, Walid Alissa, submitted his resignation, effective as of Feb. 27, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

 Alissa was appointed as a board member at the Saudi Capital Market (CMA), as per the royal decree dated Feb. 27, 2023, the statement added.
