WAJA Co.'s initial public offering (IPO) on Nomu-Parallel Market was 132.1% subscribed, Marifa Capital, the financial advisor on the offering, said in a statement to Tadawul.
It added that qualified investors subscribed to all offered shares.
WAJA floated 455,000 shares, or 13% of capital, at SAR 90 each.
Marifa Capital will finalize the required procedures with the Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. and then determine the date for listing the shares on Nomu. On Feb. 12, qualified investors started subscription to 455,000 shares, or 13% of WAJA's share capital. The offering ended on Feb. 19, according to data available with Argaam.
