NHC says booking for phase 1 of Dahiyat Al Fursan’s completed, phase 2 launch soon

National Housing Company (NHC) confirmed, on Feb. 21, that the booking for the first phase of Dahiyat Al Fursan project has been completed, which was launched last week.

 

The company said that the second phase will be launched after the completion of the first phase.

 

Located northeast of Riyadh, Dahiyat Al Fursan project spans a total area of 35 million square meters and aims to build more than 50,000 residential units for more than 250,000 people, Argaam earlier reported.
