Retal, NHC launch Nesaj Al-Forsan housing project in Riyadh

Retal Urban Development Co. announced the launch of Nesaj Al-Forsan housing project in Riyadh city, in partnership with National Housing Co. (NHC), according to a statement to Tadawul.

The new project is located northeast of Riyadh in Al-Fursan district. It spans a total area of 394,300 square meters (sqm) and includes more than 1,300 housing units, complemented by a range of services.

Retal CEO Abdullah Albraikan stated that this project is part of a series of Nesaj Town projects that exist in several cities across the Kingdom, which aim to secure optimal housing for beneficiaries of the Sakani program. This is as part of fruitful cooperation that achieves the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

He also highlighted the establishment of projects that achieve the well-being and quality of life as per the government aspirations.

The Saudi government has recently granted the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing with about 100 million sqm of land in Riyadh and other cities where real estate prices are on the rise, in a bid to support the local housing sector.
