National Housing signs 18 agreements with developers for Dahiyat Al Fursan project

National Housing Co. (NHC) launched today, Feb. 15, the Dahiyat Al Fursan project in Riyadh, which will house 50,000 dwellings over more than 35 million square feet of land area.

 

The company signed 18 agreements with real estate developers in the presence of Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region and Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majid Al-Hogail.

 

The companies are Retal Urban Development Company, Dar Wa Emaar Real Estate Investment & Development Co., Rashed Abdul Rahman AlRashed & Sons Group, Thabat Construction, Al Tahaluf Real Estate, Al Diyar Al Arabia Co., Ajdan Real Estate Development Company, Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Habib & Sons Holding Company, Industrial Miskan Co., Tilal Real Estate, Sumou Real Estate, Al Maskan Real Estate, Nojoom Alsalam Holding CO, Sateaa Al Tameer For Real Estate Development & Investment Co., Innovative Real Estate Investment Company, Tamkeen Industrial and Trading Company, and Tamam Co.

In addition, NHC signed an agreement with Saudi Electricity Co. (SEC). 

 

To raise the quality of life in Dahiyat Al Fursan, the company signed memoranda of understanding with the Saudi Sports Federation, Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group, Tatweer Buildings Co., Al Othaim Investment Co., Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) and Leejam Sports Co.

 

Mohammad Albuty, CEO of NHC, indicated that the Dahiyat Al Fursan project provides investment opportunities across various sectors at a value exceeding SAR 45 billion.

 

He noted that the project has 50,000 housing units, including 40,000 villas and townhouses.

 

The second phase of Khozam District in northern Riyadh will be launched soon, CEO stressed, adding that developing residential districts aims to raise the percentage of residential ownership to 70% by 2030.

 

Last January, NHC launched Dahiyat Al Fursan in Riyadh, the largest residential suburb in the Saudi capital.

 

Located northeast of Riyadh, the project spans a total area of 35 million square meters and aims to build more than 50,000 residential units for more than 250,000 people, Argaam earlier reported.

 

Meanwhile, the state-run SPA announced Khozam District, which covers over 21 million square meters and houses 30,000 units for 150,000 people.

 

The delivery of the units will start in early 2026.
