Banan Real Estate says audit committee member resigns

Banan Real Estate Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of audit committee member, Khalid Al-Hoshan, effective as of Feb. 14, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board will appoint a member to the vacant position before the end of the current term.

It is worth mentioning that Al-Hoshan resignation was attributed to the fact that the member should not be on the audit committees of more than five listed joint stock companies at the same time.
