Tadawul halts trading on SAPTCO ahead of material announcement

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, Feb. 15, a one-day trading halt on the shares of Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO).

 

The halt came upon the company’s request ahead of disclosing a material event, in accordance with the listing rules and the procedures for the suspension of listed securities.

 

Trading will resume on SAPTCO from Feb. 16.
