Fesh Fash shareholders elect board members for 3-year term

Fesh Fash Snack Food Production Co.’s shareholders approved, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Jan. 31, the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting from March 27, 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected board members are Suleiman Al Muhawis, Waleed Al Muhawis, Faisal Al Humaid, Najeeb Al Humaid, Saud Al-Nujaidi, and Ibrahim Al-Nujaidi.
